Default Vibration while driving

As it states, I am getting some vibration while I am driving.....

The Vibration starts at 50mph and lasts until 56-58mph and disappears at 60.. and back again when im slowing down with my foot off the accelerator. Then at about 65MPH and up the vibration comes back but is slight. I feel it more in my seat than I do the steering wheel. and sometimes the vibration from 50-56/58 doesnt even happen at all. (rarely)
Then at times when I accelerate out of my driveway and/or make turns, I can feel the steering wheel move a tad and the car moves from side to side slightly..but going straight the steering wheel moves side to side slightly.

Here is what I have done so far to try to resolve the issue.....

Replaced-
Front Struts
Rear Shocks
Front CV Boots
Front CV Shafts/drive axles
New Tires
Motor Mounts (except the middle mount which 4 mechanics say is okay)

My next thought on what it may be is Wheel Bearings....But, I can't hear any noise coming from either side while driving, turning or anything. So....idk.

Thoughts?

I would suggest jacking up the front of the PT Cruiser and see if one of the front wheels move back and fourth.

Have you tried rotating the tires from front to back?

If you have vibration when accelerating I would suggest checking the spark plugs.

Have not jacked it up and will do soon and check if there is movement.

Rotated the tires when they were new, 1 month ago and yesterday. All the same result. No change.

Spark plugs were replaced in January 3 days before we realized the valve in Cylinder #2 was burnt and bent. all replaced and engine, head, and head gasket were resurfaced.

Normally I would say that it sounds like a bad tire, but since you had them replaced...I'd look for a bent rim.

What about the inner tie rod ends? If me, I'd jack each front wheel off the ground and see how much free play I had moving the wheel by hand left and then right.

There is no mention of how many miles the Cruiser has, I agree with Handy.

#1. There is a bent rim...On the back passenger side. Which may explain the vibrations at 65+ but I do not believe/think, imo, that would cause the vibration at 50-58 and cause slight movement in the steering wheel. Then again, I may be wrong. Probably am.

#2. No idea there were inner tie rods in the front. Only thought there were Tie Rods in the rear which were replaced. I'll look into that.

#3. PT now has 115,000 miles.

The inner tie rods that Handy is referring to are on your steering. These go from the rack and pinion out to the spindle. There is an inner on both ends at the rack covered by the bellows and an outer attached to the spindle. They are easy to check for slack. Jack up one side of the car so the tire is off the ground, Grab the front and back of the tire and move from side to side. If you have any noticeable movement, you probably have a worn tie rod end. Also with 115,000 miles, if they have not been replaced, they will have some slack. I had to replace mine at 93,000 along with the LCA and struts.

The Inner Tie Rods make sense. Has all of my symptoms as well. Steering play, vibrations, clunks, slight (I mean very slight, almost cant hear it) knock while steering, etc. I mainly hear a clunking on bumps on the drivers side but not much leaking there from what I can see without jacking it up. It was 10pm when I looked and have to work tomorrow so, didnt have time to do all that.

I included a lot of pictures as well. Driver Inner Tie Rod is best I could get at the angle I was at....Could not get a picture while in the front of the car....Passenger Inner Center is when I was in front of the car......Passenger Inner is by the passenger tire.

If anyone can see anything off or if they are shot, let me know asap so I am not driving the vehicle and on just breaks completely. I drive Highways to and from work everyday. From what I read, It can be extremely dangerous if one breaks.

EDIT- Got a Picture of the Passenger Ball Joint. Previously said it was the outer tie rod but it is not.
