Default Glove Box Latch-Which part to replace?

The glove box latch on my 2007 PT cruiser convertible is broken. It was like that when I got it so I'm not sure what exactly is broke on it. It's zip tied shut for now and it's driving me crazy cuz I actually use the glovebox a lot in a car.

The latch is loose and I do not parts moving when I move the latch, key turns lock but again I see no parts moving. I tried looking up parts for it for eBay and had a hard time finding for this year...when I did it had options for a small latch that goes inside, the whole latch but no lock in it, etc...if anyone has suggestions of what part should be changed, where to find the part or anything I sure would appreciate it.

I've included picks but not sure they will help as it was dark and hard to get a right angle on it.

Also need to replace the visors as the mirror covers are broke off.

That's the part I was thinking it was...so I'm assuming I take the lock out of my current one and add it to this one...correct? It says last one and I haven't seen any others so I'm thinking this might be my best bet to get. Finding parts at a junk yard for a Vert I've discovered isnt easy

In one of the Ebay pics is the MOPAR part number for the latch. I checked out several other sources and most all are about the same price as the Ebay ad, but they charge more for shipping. The one on Ebay is $4.60 for the shipping. But if it becomes not available, at least you have the part number for the item.

I took the latch out just to be sure it wasn't fixable and I can see where it's broke so I did order the one off eBay ... now I just have to figure out how to get the lock out so I can put in the new one when it gets here.

Can't find any videos on a PT glove box latch or lock but I'm assuming others are basically the same way...off to YouTube search

If you can't find anything about how to switch the lock cylinder, once you get the new part you could take both to any local locksmith and they should be able to help you out, probably be a 2 second repair for them.

I couldn't find anything online and no one around here knew but I finally figured it out on my own! (Yes I am giving myself a small pat on the back)

Incase anyone else needs to get the lock out and doesn't know how...

Insert key and...Turn the lock all the way to the right...on the right side of the latch you will see a silver pin (it's the top pin on the lock in the pic that looks black cuz it needs cleaning) push that in with a screwdriver, tweezers,or whatever...with the pin pushed in turn further to the right and wiggle and the lock comes right out.
