Default Misfire and stalling issue

My 04 turbo just started stalling today at red lights. The check engine light is on and blinks sometimes. I got p0201, 202, 203, 204, p0032, p0038. It would buck randomly and there is no power. I changed the spark plugs already and cleaned the air intake. Any idea where I should look based on the codes?

P0032 and P0038 are both upstream and downstream O2 sensor heater voltages high. Usually high sensor voltage readings are caused by an open or poor ground. Without the ground many components will read a higher signal voltage than they should and set the 'voltage high' fault code.

The P0201-P0204 faults are fuel injector electrical faults on all 4 cylinders.
All these codes may all be related to a wiring harness problem that has these components in common. I would start with a thorough visual inspection of the under hood wiring harness for corrosion, rub through, breaks, burns, chewing and any other possible wiring harness damage.

Check the ground wires going to the drivers side inside fender. The group of wires get corroded and lose contact.

If everything else checks out good you might need to check the ECU.

I'm very certain it's your wiring harness. The fuel injector driver circuit wires and ignition coil wires are prone to internally failing (high resistance) intermittently or outright - from age and heating from the engine valve cover. I'm certain that if you temporarily bypass and jumper to the ECU the problem will go away determining the cause of the issue.
That was the case with my intermittent misfire and loss of power.

Thanks for the help. I'm not sure where those components are on mine. Is there a guide somewhere for the pt cruiser turbo?

I've uploaded the service manual for the 1st Gen PT's including your 2004 turbo model. You can download it at this link:

I took it in to a trusted mechanic and he tested the wiring harness and said it checked out but did see green corrosion in it. He cleaned it but it didn't fix the issue. He said it looked like both O2 sensors were new. But they may not be OEM and could cause problems? I'm thinking it's the ECM after reading other people's experiences.

Ground wires on left fender need to be removed from the single eyelet, cut back about an inch to good copper and stripped.
I soldered the smaller wires to new eyelets two wires each eyelet.
Cheap fix if it works. If it doesn't you still didn't waste much $.

the problem with that is you have an intermittent issue, and just testing the wiring harness will get no where

When you said "temporarily bypass and jumper to the ECU" I have no idea how to do that. Or what an "and jumper" is. But I would love to learn

i think at this point the problem is over your skill level. it took me many years of working on cars before i could master electronic troubleshooting and that's why i charge $100/hr . see if you can get an auto electrician where you are
