Default Dome Lights

The other day I let someone drive my 2007 Convertible and noticed as a passenger that the dome lights in the sport bar were still lit. This was in the day with no other lights on. Noticed same thing on the trip home.

Anyone have any idea why or how to shut them off?

Did you try turning the switch on the turn signal stalk that controls the interior lighting?

It's the very bottom switch on the turn signal stalk and it also controls the dash lighting brightness.

Aren't the dome lights on now? Could drain the battery if left on overnight.

Sorry just saw you're reply...nope...that's what's weird they are only on when we are driving. Or course they stay on for a few when you get out and hit the lock bottom but then go out....but for some reason when we are driving they come on.

Sound like your MFS might be going bad. I had the similar problem with my headlights.
The headlights would come on whenever I started the car...without me turning them on.
