Default Spacious PT

Yes spacious enough for me, room for a floor protector sheet, a boxed Ikea computerdeskchair, groceries and my brown burglar bag.

And room left for more, much more...

Take the seats out entirely. That REALLY opens up the back.

I took out the back seats and made a baseboard out of 1/4 ply cut to shape, with two "hinged" (with gaffer tape) sections over the rear footwells where all the crap and tools lived in boxes I made that supported the hinged sections of baseboard. Chucked cheap carpet over it and it looked the biz. OK... not the biz, but alright
Probably added 3mpg just taking the seats out
Going to do the same with the diesel at some point.

For the record, you can carry 2.4m fence posts with the front passenger seat folded

I also removed my rear seats several years ago and have been running my PT in 'Sedan Delivery' mode.

Makes hauling wood or groceries a snap.
