Default 08 PT Turbo Throwing code

I have an 08 turbo 89k mi that keeps throwing p2074 code this is what I have done.

sprayed starting fluid looking for vacuum leaks. no surging

Replaced the pressure sensor on the firewall

took the following parts one by one off a good running PT:

MAP
MAF
TPS

I dont have a DRB 111. I am hoping that there is more that I can d Prior to taking it to a dealer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Or I would sell it for cheap if you would like t fix it.

Have you checked the hoses to the brake servo (booster in Amerikanisch ) and the PCV valve?
I assume the brakes are working OK and the servo is working.
Have you taken off the PCV valve and checked that it rattles when you shake it? (It should)
Have you tried simply disconnecting the battery and leaving off for half an hour, then starting again from scratch?

P0274 = Manifold Pressure / Throttle Position Correlation; High Flow & Vacuum Leak

Possible Causes:

1. Vacuum leak in hoses or component connections
2. High resistance or resistance to ground in MAP 5 volt supply or signal circuit
3. MAP Sensor has failed
4. High resistance in MAP ground circuit
5. Throttle Position Sensor has failed or is improperly adjusted
6. High resistance or resistance to ground in Throttle Position Sensor 5 volt supply or signal circuit
7. High resistance in Throttle Position Sensor ground circuit
8. PCM has failed

Check all the hoses.

1. Inspect the Intake Manifold for leaks and cracks.
2. Inspect the Power Brake Booster for any vacuum leaks.
3. Inspect the PCV system for proper operation or any vacuum leaks.
4. Check all hoses on the turbo.

If everything above checks out good I would hook up a vacuum gauge and post what you are getting.

Dont have any issues with brakes. PCV is good. I cleaned it for good measure. Throws code still.

I have previously inspected all hoses they all checked out good. I also checked with starter fluid for good measure afterwards as well.

Was the timing belt replaced recently?

dont think the timing belt has been replaced. Not certain though since I got it from an auction. There are no signs of replacement though.

I am in the middle of ripping the upper end apart again to recheck for cracks and hose leaks.

89K... from a chop house...

Dr. Sinbads prognosis: original cambelt is like an old rubber band and it's jumped a cog...

But seriously, forget your code and change the cambelt.

I would check it out with a vacuum gauge and do all the proper diagnosis first before looking at the timing belt.
