Yes, that's not a bad price for a good turbo engine, transmission and lots of good convertible and GT parts. I myself would be interested in the leather seats if all good.

Buy it at that price. You can't go wrong. See? Handy and Wrenchin have already offered probably what you'll pay for it.

Considering most new odds-n-ends parts will cost you atleast $100 bucks, I'm willing to bet you would stand to make a substantial profit just selling parts here, not to mention what you could get for the drivetrain. Hell, i just paid $100 bucks for a seat belt buckle, i would have been happy as hell to pay $50 for a used one!

Hey Grasshopper, where in GA are you? Pull-A-Part has 3 yards in Atlanta and one in Augusta. If you're close to any of those, you can save a wad of cash by going to the yard and getting it yourself. You can check their sight and see what year and how many PT's they have. Downside is that you don't know what parts are left until you get there and see for yourself. I used to spend hours at the one in Nashville.

Sounds like a good deal. If the damage is primarily replacement stuff I'd go for it or part it out. Ya got a start some where.
