The mini did have his turn signal on to change lanes

The mini will try to blame it on the PT for going slower than all the other traffic

Glad to know that wasn't you, Sinbad. The Mini actually seems to have held up pretty well. I'm almost impressed.

It rolled a few times but landed upright

It basically rolled along the center median which was up at an angle, could have been a different outcome if the median had been flat or pitched down towards the center like many in the US do for drainage.
