It depends on ones abilities with fabrication. For me it is a no brainer. The actual parts would be about 4-700 maybe less with thrifty shopping.
No internal engine parts changed or PCM calibration needed, this is only added to the exhaust system and limited to about 5 lbs boost.

Just to be clear it is really better as a few members already recomended to start with a TURBO CHARGED PT Cruiser.
