Default 2003 dream power steering pulley

Hello, I need to at least replace the power steering pulley, can this be done without removing the pump? If not how can I remove the pump the easiest way and also remove the pulley from the pump as well? If I have to replace the whole pump and pulley I've never done it before and am not sure how the whole fluid situation is handled/dealt with. Any help with that is appreciated. Is the pump and pulley sold separately? Thank you!

Are you talking about the tensioner pulley or the pulley on the pump itself?

4 Things on that belt. Harmonic balancer, tensioner pulley, A/C compressor, P/S pump.

Why do you think the P/S pulley needs replacing?

I am talking about the pulley on the power steering pump. I've already replaced the tensioner, both belts, and now the power steering pump is making slight noise that is only getting worse, like a bad bearing in the pulley. The further I look though it seems as though the pulley doesn't come with a new bearing, I might have to replace the whole pump and pulley. Basically it's making noise. Bad bearing type noise. If you use a stethoscope you can really hear the bearing grind.

The pump and pulley are sold separately. You probably don't need a new pulley, just a pump. You can buy or rent a pulley puller/installer if you want to do it yourself.

I am dreading having to do this, I've been reading the manual and it looks a little complicated and I need to get the right pulley puller or rent the right one. I also am still confused about the fluid situation, I siphon off fluid from the reservoir first then disconnect the hoses but will the hoses lose fluid or can I cap them off? After reinstalling the new pump and attaching the hoses I refill it with fluid but is there a bleeding type step I need to do to get all the air out or is that not going to be an issue? Thanks fellas. I'm probably over thinking this..

Aren't the 2003 Power Steering Pumps the hardest to find & expensive...like the Cooling Fan..??

EDIT: Not the Pump, It's the Reservoir...

It looks like the same pump fits the 2.4 turbo from 2003-2010.

PARTSMASTER/CARDONE
Reman Power Steering Pump
Part# 21-5305
Years: 2003-2010
Supplied w/o Reservoir

This puller/installer has the Chrysler adapters.

You don't have to bleed the system, just refill with fluid and recheck after the initial run.

FWIW
Here's a new video (1 week old) where a guy removes and replaces his P/S pump. It makes sense to remove the fan to get more maneuvering room to take the pump out and put it back in.

These are the things he had to remove in order to get the pump to pass under the intake manifold
Air Box
Battery and Tray
Cooling Fan
Right front wheel
Splash guard
Headlight

replacing a power steering pump on a pt cruiser or similar chrysler/dodge vehicles is a big job, and not suited for a beginner.
considering the system has to be flushed before installing the replacement, transferring the pump pulley is a big job too if you don't get the OEM tool.
