Default Clutch Replacement Advise Needed

Changed the master and slave and now the clutch on my 2003 base model is slipping, nearly gone! I am planning to R&R the clutch myself and need help with regards to any advise or tricks I need to know before I start the project. I just don't want to part with the car.... been with me since July of 2003. It's a part of the family now

I did get a copy of the shop manual and have watched the couple of videos out there on YouTube, but I'm sure there are some suggestions that you might have that will make the job go smoother.

It's not that I don't want to pay to get it done, there just aren't any shops out there that are willing to take on the job here in Hawaii. Or at least not for a somewhat reasonable price.

I don't have a lift but have 2 floor jacks and jack-stands and have taken on difficult projects like this before. Please let me know if you have any help or advise.

Thanks in advance!!

here is a link to my simplified instructions i wrote, soon after i did it at home in my gravel driveway. 5 Speed trans removal,, clutch replace info?

it really isn't a bad job at all.

by cutting this socket down, i could loosen the flywheel bolts and the head of the wrench would prevent the flywheel from spinning. i cut the socket with my angle grinder. if you have an 18mm socket to sacrifice, keep this in mind. (or loosen the 4 flex plate bolts ahead of time by having someone step on the brake before you remove the axles 'n all that)

also highly recommend if your jackstands are the normal DIY shorties, you consider buying/borrowing tall/sturdy ones
