Default Dash Board Speakers

Sense I am kind of on a roll with getting the little things sorted on my cruiser. This one kinda stumped me. The 2 speakers on the dash haven't worked sense I have had ownership, I tried pulling the plastic dash thing off but can't pull it off. This isn't the end of the world for me, the audio is still pretty good. Any suggestions?

Have you checked that you have six speakers or only four? I thought that about mine till I looked at the equipment list and it says four speakers. Two in front doors and two in the back doors.

The grills are there, But I thought on the 2nd gen 6 speaker was standard. Let me find my build sheet I got it laying around somewhere

Mines a 2010. . . just saying. But then again, 2010's do seem to be a bit odd.

Does yours have the cut out for the speakers?

My cars build sheet does say it should have 6, However this car was messed with at somepoint, such as it came with 16' tires but were removed, its cargo shelf is also listed under the build sheet and wasn't there in my ownership

Yes, the cut outs are there, but, there are no speakers. Other than that, and no leather seats or sunroof, the car is, equipment wise, a Limited.

But the 2010 are odd, unless I wanted to buy a nearly $400 K&N intake no low dollar CAI fits the 2010, the only other instrument cluster that works is the 2009. I've seen other parts that work with '01-'09 and '04-'09.

Are you talking about the dash panel or the center bezel?

To remove the center bezel, rotate the a/c vents to expose the screws at the bottom of each vent. Don't remove the screws all the way or you could lose them down the a/c duct.

Once loosened, then pull at the bezel from the bottom and the clips will release.
