Default Clutch Or Compressor?

Well basically sense I owned my PT, there has been a good amount of noise in the serpentine belt area, you really could only notice at idle, so I left it. Recently it has gotten pretty bad so I decided to investigate.

It appears the AC compressor's bearing is bad, it doesn't spin freely. At all

I am uploading a video right now to show, but my internet is very slow.

Now does this mean the entire compressor is bad? I would much rather replace just the clutch, because I think I can do that while the compressor is still on the car. and taking the compressor out and replacing it doesn't look fun, nor do I have the funds for that, I am a highschool student with a part time job, I'm netting maybe $700 monthly, $224 goes to my insurance, plus gas and stuff I don't know I could really afford new compressor and stuff.

Looking for advice, will edit this post in about a half hour with a 1 minute clip

Edit:

heres the video clip

sorry about the wind noise, were having a wind storm right now.

Thinking it about it now, i think I just need a bearing?

Looks to me like it's just the clutch. BUT, I'm NOT a mechanic, AJ, so you'd better wait for NitroPT or HandyCruiser to address it. They're BOTH ASE certified, you know.

I would suggest you take it to auto repair shops and get some opinions. There are too many variables and if we don't do the proper diagnosis it can be more expensive to repair.
