Hey CREWZIN, I think I remember seeing pics of your PT in which you painted the upper & lower hood release brackets a burgandy color. I'm considering doing the same. I removed the upper bracket without a problem, but I noticed the hood release cable is attached to the bottom bracket. How did you paint your bottom bracket? It doesn't look like the cable comes out of the lower bracket too easily. Did you remove it to paint it?
