Default Ever dyed the fabric on the visor?

While I was out scrounging parts in the yard, I picked up a Homelink visor from a Cadillac (I think) because I thought it would fit in my truck. It didn't. But I did discover that it will fit in my GTO. But the color is wrong. Anybody think I can dye this visor black?

Cool Re: Ever dyed the fabric on the visor?

shouldn't be a problem, Duplicolor makes stuff to do it.

Here is a thought.....I can remember buying Vinyl spray paint form JC Whitney catalog in 1975 to spray my Station Wagon white interior parts to BLACK...

Ahhhhh, you youngster!

I remember going to Sears every summer 1968-70, to get a large can of body putty and two spray cans of Baby Blue paint for our 1960 Ford Falcon.
Always looked great for about 6 months!
