I was wondering about the bumpers as most '01's I've seen have the grey bumpers. Were the painted bumpers a factory option?
Nope. SOME folks managed to get the dealer to paint them by griping about tape marks on the stock, gray bumpers, most paid to have them painted. Now they come that way (except for base model), but in '01 & '02 you couldn't get painted bumpers from factory (except Dream Cruiser - gold only).

Don, thanks for the info on the bumpers. That was one thing I couldn't figure out from surfing around. I really like the body color bumpers and the spoiler too, I think that's what sold me on this one versus the others I was looking at. Now If I can keep myself from reading any more in the turbo forum I think I'll be happy with this one for a few years
