Default PT Cruiser not charging

PT Cruiser wasn't charging correctly, I put a new alternator and it isn't any better. What Can I check. im so done with this car

I don't know what's available in Canada, but in the US, you can take your vehicle by almost any auto parts store (O'Reilly, Auto Zone, Advance Auto, Pep Boys, etc) and they can check the entire starting, charging and battery from the vehicle. You might check at any of your local parts stores to see if they offer that service.

Why don't you tell us what led you to replacing the alternator? It may just be a wiring problem in the harness somewhere.

The battery light is on, needs a boost after being shut off. Battery voltage while running is 12.5 ish where it should be 13.5+

The same way you would test a fuse, are you getting power to both sides of the link? A fusible link is usually nothing but a smaller gauge wire than is being used so it will melt if hit with an excessive amount of power. JFYI

I think its ok, I don't know what else to check, Might just have to get it towed to a garage

I would suggest checking every wire from the generator (alternator). Check the group of ground wires going to the drivers side fender. Some members have found broken wires going from the generator to the PCM.
