Man, I REALLY like some of those. The navy blue and vanilla one is my favorite. That thing is a true work of art. Thanks for sharing that find, Macgyverman.

I don't understand why they would start with a PT if they replace that much of the car.

The prices are comical. People in Spain must be loaded

The biggest problem people never consider is that when you buy something that is that modified from the original that when something goes wrong you can't take it to just any shop and expect about 3 times the cost to service or repair it.

The look of the car looks ok from the back. The bulbous front finders kill the whole look. But I personally would want one.

Here's the real important part of that article:

Quote:
By boutique vehicle standards, the Author is rather affordable with a starting price of 35,000 euros ($40,500 at current exchange rates) before Spainís value-added tax.
And that's July 2017 prices.

I figure anyone willing to spend $40K+ on a heavily modified PT Cruiser wouldn't have any trouble paying for repairs to a one-off car. The issue would be resale. This car would likely depreciate over $30K the moment you took delivery. And at the end of the day, it's likely not going to handle or ride better or have more power than a $2,000 PT. But like already state, I wouldn't mind owning one.

Please....you must do a better job of keeping your pug away from the neighbor's pet gorilla.....
