Default Good Mechanic wanted, Carrollwood or South Tampa

I don't know if this is the right place to start this thread. We bought a 2007 PT Cruiser about two years ago. Since then the car's only major problem was decelerating and then not going over 40mph. The car had been taken to the dealer because no other mechanic could fix it. The dealer took over a week to figure out the problem and 'fixed' it.

Since Monday the car's having the same problem again. This time, it won't decelerate when the mechanic's have seen it. It's been at two different shops, and the dealer. The dealer's mechanic refused to check the file for what they fixed last year, and told my husband that since the car wasn't showing the problem then, he couldn't do a thing.

So my question is, can someone recommend a good Chrysler mechanic in the Tampa area, preferably either South Tampa or Carrollwood who can work with PT Cruisers? Thank you!!
