Default Noobie here....I finally got it !!! Update Pic.
Well, my wife got it....She got a new 2004 PT Cruiser 4 door Touring Edition....Cool Vanilla....and I got a new "TOY" to play with....Man, How have you guys kept this secret so long ?



We love this car....It's so fun to drive, so much room in them, and so much you can do with them....I can't wait to get started...I have always like these cars, but my wife never did...I finally got her to come around and she's has been just blown away.....Anyway ,I wanted to introduce myself and can't wait to get to know people...


I'm from Alabama, but live just across the state line in Tennessee...It's a town called Ardmore, Al./Tn...The state line goes right through the middle of town.....

Which state has lower sales and property taxes, thats the one I'd go with. How about insurance rates!!!!

It's the 4-speed Auto....

Tennesse has the higher Property taxes, but doesn't have a state tax...Alabama has a state tax, but low property tax...Either way you pay...I live on the Tennessee side..

I got to drive it to work ,today....Of course ,I now have to go get the tag and insurance changed...

I can't decide with mod. I'll go with first....We got it Saturday and I've already put a coat of Maquires Poish on it...

Welcome to the Forums and PT ownership.
I had to wait to get mine until a daughter finished college. I have had many other cars, but haven't felt as "attached" as I do to the PT.

I'm on the NJ/Pa border - we buy tobacco in Pa, they come to NJ for booze.

The car is no secret in public, just the styling gives people different impressions of the car. At first, I wasn't sold on the PT when it first came out. After the turbo models were introduced and some research, I bought one .
