Nice Job, Did you actually paint the bumpers or are they painted covers?

I had the tape marks so I took my PT to the dealer and they replaced them and asked me if I wanted to get them paint(that's what I wanted all along) and they did for FREE!!!!

I see you live in one of those states where they have to mess up the look of your front end with that license plate. I'd really like to do something to mine but not with the plate smack dab in the middle.
The car has a totally diferent look without the plate.

Well my plates are from Cali but i'm in VA right now and even thou this state also requires you to have a plate in the front, I'm taking my chances and keep it without it. But i'll be registering my car in FL soon.

I believe it's a Federal law to have registered plates on the front and back. It just the officer's judgement whether or not to give you a ticket. Of course, if your car has blacked out lights, tinted windows on the drivers & passengers window, & a sound system you can hear from the next town over, the officer will stop you and ticket you for as many as he can find. Unless you're in the military then more than likely, he will let you get away with it. I know when I was in the Marines way back when, I would get stopped for a speeding, but I would show them my military ID instead of my driver's license and tell them my wallet got stolen last night (even though I really still had it). They would then check my records, then later and return my ID and tell me to take it easy.

It's a state law for only some states and not all require you to have front and back plates.

Florida for all of the BAD publicity we have gotten lately only issues ONE plate. However the total plate must be able to be seen, NO License plate frames. Of course, the dealer ALWAYS puts on thier plastic frames. I always remove them.

Nice look on the care!!![^]
