Check the A/C vent knob to see if it is set to the correct setting that would direct the air to the floor area. If that doesn't solve the problem suggest you take the car into the dealer as it should be covered under warranty. Good luck.

You have your shoes on.

Ha. Kidding. Actually I know when I really want my tootsies warm I have to stick my foot waaay up above the pedals to feel anything. Are you saying its not on at all? If so, sounds like a dealer problem.

Bob, do you feel any resistance when you turn the selector knob? If not, maybe the cable popped off. Dealer should be able to fix it quickly.

Also possible a hose popped off or a vacuum hose popped off - flap is vacuum controlled, I believe).
In any case, if you've set it right, and no heat, go to dealer.

Don,
The “re-circulate” & “Fresh air” modes are controlled by vacuum, the air flow directions are controlled by a cable.
