Default Rattle in headliner

Just returned from dealer for my first check-up. They were unable to fix the persistent rattle in the rear part of the headliner (not sound system related). They said there was a TSB on the problem but offered no solution. Has anyone found a good (easy) method to cure the problem? Is the interior light the only way to get in there? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have a sunroof?
Think you have to get tough with the dealer - they didn't take the headliner down, did they? How did they expect to find the problem without doing that? What TSB? Ask to see it.

I also had a headliner rattle although I thought it was coming from the rear bumper area, not inside the car. The dealer fixed the headliner rattle under warranty. I only noticed the noise when the inside moonroof sliding cover was opened, not when it was closed.
