Default I got my neighbors fooled :D

My neighbors must think I'm a serious mechanic. Not only do I look like a mechanic to my neighbors, I got the tools to make them think that I am. Aside from an SAE & Metric socket set, I also bought a racheting box wrench set (Metric), and 3 different torque wrenches (25-250 in/lbs, 5-80 ft/lbs, 25-250 ft/lbs).

There isn't a week that has gone by without me being under the hood or underneath the car installing new mods and/or taking pictures. Aside from topping off fluids, I knew nothing about cars before I got my PT. Sure I'd put on mud guards or sunroof deflectors, but that was it. After reading alot of threads and asking alot of questions, I challenged myself by doing most of the mods myself. Just kind of giving myself a pat on the back knowing that everything has gone fine so far.

Once again, I want to thank all of you for your help. Without this forum and everyone who helped me out, I would be shelling out major cash to mechanics to install the stuff I have now.

Yeah, my greatest fear with working on the car was making it into a very expensive driveway ornament. But now I have alot more condidence.

Right on! You also get more satisfaction when you do it yourself, too. I also have learned a lot from the PT forums. Still have lots of learning to do and I know I can count on the everyone to share their knowledge.

And you know exactly what was done. It's hard to find a place you can trust not to screw something up or to cut corners.
I know I can trust myself!

Eddie, you must hold the record for most questions asked in the first two weeks on a forum! But look where it's gotten you! Of course, it doesn't hurt that you starting by picking a great color on your car....you had to be destined for greatness
