I tried Novis it heled a litted some came off I used #1. I know they have some other #'s. I might tire but going to get some Meguars and see how that works. It's deffently some sort of film. like a over spray from something on the road. I notice on the paint but washed right off but the plastice stuck like glue. Last resort is polish it of with a buffer but I know you have to be careful with those things or you can burn the plastic. Thanks for the tips I keep you posted.

If it works on older neons thats the kind Id use...those headlights ALWAYS look like you know what.

I have used Novus #1, #2 and #3 for my headlamps. #3 is the most abrasive and I don't believe it ever did much. #2 is the medium grade and #1 is the polish. I used all three to repair a scratch on my airbag cover - it worked alright.
