Default Bad sliding sun visor

I love the fact that my PT has a sliding sun visor. I just wish it worked as designed. I've already had one visor replaced under warranty. It seems like after you extend it all the way, it doesn't like to go back in. My new visor isn't broken yet but it sure seems like it will suffer the same fate as the previous one. It just doesn't retract smoothly. Does anyone else notice this?

My passenger visor is doing that now; have to take it back. I only have 7100 miles on my GT. My 2001 PT never had that problem.
