Do doors freeze?

To all our northern USA and Canadian pter's, since our door jambs channel the water away did you ever have any problems with the doors freezing?[:I]

Yup. Just had to pull the door hard to "break the seal" of the ice.

Whenever I wash mine, I wipe dry all of the rubber seals & the flat metal part of the inside of the door if my baby isn't going to sit in the garage & dry out naturally.[8]

I just ran my PT through a "touchless" car wash which sprays water everywhere in all the cracks and crevice. I then left it in the freezing cold.

Doors made a crunch sound when opened, but wasn't a problem. My Saturn used to freeze me out all the time.

Agree with PTurbed,as long as you wipe off the inside
of the doors and the rubber dry,there should be no problem.
even in sub zero temps.You might want to put a piece of tape over
the lock the keep water out of it.
the Post Office where I work had a great idea to wash
our trucks in the middle of winter and that night it got
below zero.Had to beat on the doors with hammers and heat
the locks with torches to get into them.Now when they do ,
theywipe the inside of door and put tape over locks,haven't
hads that problem again

just put silicone spray on your rubber it will keep your rubber like new and ice wont stick your door

i've only been froze in a car, my old LTZ i went through a touchless then drove off for half and hour, when i got where i was goig i had hold the handle open and slam into the door to open it.
