bob,
i dont know where you are but here in indiana weve had single digit and low teen temps. i have noticed that my 03 HATES these temps. usually i can get it to stall if i start it cold and drive right away. so, just issues with cold maybe? just an idea.

My 03 GT stalled on me the other day also! I was sitting at a red light in warm weather with the A/C on. Right before I took off, it stalled for a second, and after that it was normal. [:I] Oh, I think it chimed once for good measure. lol

My father said it might be the A/C compressor kicking in, and the computer just not catching it fast enough? It wasn't really even a whole second, but it was noticable!

Bob,

Being from NY, I bet it's pretty darn cold up there. You might have picked up some condensaton in the fuel. Throw in a can/bottle of the de-icer for gasoline. Can't hurt. [:I]
..or you could move down here for the winter...millions do.

My 03 stalled just once on me last summer...with the obligatory "ding" sound...but never since. Wierd.

Just replied on a similar situation in the Turbo Performance thread. But I would check out the TPS (throttle position sensor) If it does not read properly it could cause the vehicle to stall.

Any error codes? Autozone, etc will pull them up for free. Drygas can't hurt. If it happens again, might want to think about ignition wires - how many miles on it??

i found my stall creator. a little mouse decided to make a home under the intake manifold near the ignition coil. and he decided to make a meal of a couple plug wires. as far as i can tell, through the reduced ( chewed) wires they were arching.

[:I]
so now im running firewires and champion doubles... runs nice!

Make sure you check for more. Nothing smells worse than having one of those little guys die in side of your car. Especially when you have to run the heater. Whooo that stinks.
