Default New PT owner..

Just wanted to say hi to all. I got a 2005 Inferno Red PT about a month ago and was just surfin the web and amazed how many people fix these cars up. I got the base model PT, but since then I have added 17" rims and tires, got the Bruiser kit, got lowering springs, and some other small mods. This by far my favorite car that I have owned and I have owned about 20 cars. Any other members here from the Chicagoland area?[^]

[)] Careful JJ, once you start, you can't stop. Welcome to the Insanity.

Contact Turbomangt, you'll see lots of posts from him in the Detailing section here, you'll also see some pixs of some recent Awesome mods he's done on his "Hoochie Mama Red" PT. And as a bonus, he'll hook you up with some Chicago PTers. Psst I think he's a Director...or President...or something like that!!! [^]

Thanks Bro for the reply. And I know what you mean about the Insanity!!! I am buying a beater so I can keep the mileage low on the PT. I really want to do a couple of different things like build a console for thr interior. I have a pretty good idea how to do it, but it may take a while.

Also thanks for the contact info. I will get a hold of him ASAP!!![?]

Welcome! I see you have already been bitten by the mod bug! I've had my PTGT since July and have done over $1500 in mods already. Good luck!

Welcome, JJ (is that what you prefer?)
Yeah, the PT begs for modification - but it's more to personalize than to to correct faults. You can come here for group therapy...

[I stand up]
Hi, my name is Mike.
[Everyone says, "Hi Mike!"]
And I'm a PTholic. My PTGT no longer looks or drive stock.
It looks better now, and drives like a bat alot hell!
[I get applause, and someone yells, "It's good to admit your a PTholic."]
[I wave and sit down again]
