Default Click Click

This morning as I was on my way to the store, I noticed something new. This only happens when I am braking or stopping. I braked, and held my foot on the brake at a stop sign. I get ready to move, and when I let off the brake, the steering wheel will Click, and move a little on its own. Sometimes if I am braking and have the wheel turned, and I give the car gas to go forward, it will make a couple of pop/click sounds as I straighten the car back out. These are my only guesses.
1 Bearings?
2. Rack needs to be checked from when it was worked on before?
3. Brakes may need to be replaced?

Any thoughts?

When you're turning, how far have you turned the steering wheel? Stupid question, yes, but if you've got the steering wheel turned all the way over as far as it'll go, you've reached a point where the power steering is saying "no more", and it will make a sort of clicking/hissing sound. Also, is clicking the only thing that's happening? Any vibration in the steering wheel?

It sounds like a sticking caliper. The caliper slides on the mount to equalize the brake force to each side of the rotor. This can be a simple service, or may need parts. Have it checked.

I had thought about the caliper. And to answer your question chromed, no, its not turned all the way. This could just be when I have the steering wheel dead again and I put on the brake, when I sit there for a bit, the wheel will just click and move about half an inch. If I am sitting with it turned, and give it gas to turn, it may make a small click/pop noise.
