Agree filter's fine. The K&N just "breathes" better.
Tire pressure 1) is a function of temperature, and 2) all tires lose pressure over time.
If you pump your tires up in the fall, you'll find they'll be down when winter hits. Fill them in winter, and first warm spring day you may find them over.
I check once a month (I drive a lot) and always run mine high (35-36) because I like a firm ride & good mileage.
Tire pressure has a big effect on mileage - find a stretch of road, drive up to say, 40MPH, then take your foot off at a landmark (Tree, building, etc.,) and then look at speed at another landmark. Pump up tires and repeat, and you can see and feel the difference.
The fact your tires are all low the same amount is good, indicates you have no leaks.
