Hi all!
I just got back from a 4 day trip of camping in west Texas; Big Bend National Park. The roof box I posted about a few weeks ago made it easy to have everything with me without cramming the insides full. The PT GT made the trip with flying colors and was a joy to drive in the long stretches of open road in west Texas. I got satellite radio for just this kind of trip. There's nothing rodio-wise out that way so it was nice to have toons all the way out and back! Here's a pic of the PT down in the desert area. ![]() Lots of bugs died on the front of the PT and roof box. This afternoon is devoted to cleaqn up. [8D] BB |

Wow, I though we had a lot of bugs down here. Sounds like a great trip.

gonzomania: Krylon Fusion paint. Quick wipe with mineral spirits was all it took for prep. The paint held up very well on this first trip. The bug guts came off pretty well and the paint looks no worse for the wear.
CREWZIN: Everything is bigger here in Texas, even the bugs! Some are so big that the car kinda sits back when they hit. ![]() BB
