Default Roaring noise from the rear when reversing?(FIXED)

There is a roaring noise that coming from the rear of my car when I go in reverse the 1st thing in the morning. Somtime it would appear when I make a corner going forward. It's very loud at time and sometime not at all. It's an on and off thing. but lately it happens alot more. The only solution I have is quickly pulling the hand and releasing it. a quick jerk and the noise would go away for the moment or the entire day. What do you think?

I have a feeling that it's

1)The rear rotor need replacement.
2)The rear brake caliper need replacement. the thing may lockup and don want to release.
3)something is up with the brake lines

Other than those I couldn't think of other cause

Thanks

When I had my '01 there was a noise that sounded like I was running over aluminum when I first started out. Dealer found that my E brake cable had rusted and the rear brakes were not fully releasing when I started out.

Does sound like rear brakes, but the e-brake (quite sure) is a separate drum at base of rotor. Sounds e-brake related, not main brakes. Only does it after you've set e-brake overnight?[:I]

I fixed the problem. It was the rear brake pad. One of the bad is down to the metal. I had a feeling but I didn't have time until yesterday. A set of rear pads from autozone for $24 and 30min of my time the the problem is gone.

Also I just realized that stuff on ebay cost more than the stuff in stores nowadays so be careful buying of ebay
