Default Underhood Paint?

This is a question for Crewzin. I see you painted most of your underhood accesories with a red paint (intake runners, dipstick handle etc.) What kind of paint did you use? Does it need to be high temp resistant? I'm trying to stay with the stock yellow and I want to paint the intake runners and a few other things.

Thanx in advance[^]

Deederz,

Actually, the only things painted are the vanity cover,Strut Tower Brace and stripes on the manifold(everything else was covered or replaced with chrome). They were painted professionally by the shop that did my mirrors, bumpers, rear wing and flames. Only enamel paint was used on those and the stripes on the upper intake. I did the stripes with a paint pen from Wal-Mart. Nothing gets really hot under the non-turbo so no special paint is needed. The paint pens come in a pack of 3 different colors. You might be able to find a pack with yellow. My pack had red, white and black. It's in the model car paint section.
