Why I don't have a recall for the leaky PS hose?

I just don't understand I have a 2001 LE manual with that power steering leaky hose problem but when I check my vin# on chrysler.com there is't a recall for that problem while I checked other car same year with an automatic they have a recall notice. Obviously I have the same problem too. The PS hose at the bottom of my car is very wet as of now so do you think the dealer will fix that problem even my cars not an automatic and does not have a recall notice?

Quite sure the recall was for auto only. The hose rubbed against the casing of the auto. [:I]

QSD is correct.
The recal is only for the PS hose rubbing against the auto trans case and causing a leak.

You simply have a leaking PS hose.
Either it's rubbed against something else (you don't have an auto tranny case to rub against), the crimped ends are leaking, or the leak is running down the hose from above.
