I left SW Missouri on June 2nd and took a trip through Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. I had absolutely no problems with my 2004 PT LE Turbo even though it started the trip with 37,000 miles.
I got 29.6 mpg crossing Kansas westbound and I didn't even check my mileage after that. The buss load of Japanese tourists at the Grand Canyon wanted to take my PT home with them but I don't take credit cards!(I think that's what they were saying) I saw quite a few Cruisers and even had one driver wave....must be a west coast thing. People here in the midwest are too afraid of their own shadow to wave to a passing vehicle or even meet their neighbors. I hope to meet some of you "friendlies" in St. Louis next month![^] |
