Default wimpy horn

you know --- the stock horn is a bit wimpy - i need something that can make waves in traffic, but will fit in the pt's tight engine compartment. anyone replace their stock horn lately?

i bought the red hella horns (2) from griots garage catalog.
they sound great, much louder.

i replaced the stock one, then installed the other
in the same location but on the other side.
had to run 2 wires to run the added unit but they work fine
off the original wiring, no extra relay needed.
takes a few hours, as you need to get into the plastic
wheel well liners in your front wheels.

they are alittle pricey but in San Diego traffic, a must have.

That would be a great horn but I don't know where I could put it under the hood of my turbo.

Chrysler put the horn, (originally 2 horns) in the passenger side wheel well. You must remove the plastic wheel-well liner and there it is.
