Will it work in Europe? European radios are set to receive stations ending with even number (i.e. 91.2, 106.8 etc.). American radios only use odd numbers (i.e. 91.3, 106.7 etc).

Yep the numbers will scroll through odd and even numbers. I have noticed that it will skip a number sometimes, 91.1, 91.2, _____, 91.4, 91.5, not sure what causes that, maybe a fat thumb or something. Also Griffen's site say's that it has an international mode to play on lower frequencies, from what I gather it has two modes TX and DX, one of those modes must be for eurapean or asian markets.

I have a 2004 GT Turbo with built-in navigation system/satellite radio. Does it have an auxilliary input to connect one of the iPod adapters, e.g., the Harmon Kardon?

I think you can connect the harmon kardon adapter to it. As long as you have the ability to connect your reciever to a cd changer than your good to go. Check with HK to see if your reciever is compatible.
