I just tried to star my GT '03 (18750 miles) but once i switch the key to ignition pos a rapid clacking sound for 2 or 3 seconds and the engine started, i though it was weird and shutdown the engine and tried again several times but only the rapid clack-clack was there, the engine didnt started, a dying battery or just discharged?

Hard to diagnose if the battery has discharged because of a short/fault somewhere which is draining it, or a bad cell which would mean replacing it. There's plenty of stores around that will check it for free to see if you have a bad cell. If not, then the fun begins trying to find out what's causing the discharge. Here's something to read in the meantime....
