check this out. I was driving down the highway doing about 130km/h (about 85m/h). when my tire blew right off the rim of my 03 turbo! After getting her settled and on the shoulder, roadside assistense picked me up and took me to the nearest dealer. It was deemed a faulty tire and i would be coverd under warrenty. Thats fine. A Goodyear tire rep came out to see the damage. He told my dealer that there are no gt turbo tires available and i would have to wait about a month to get a replacement!! A MONTH half the freakin summer will be over!! I find this to be completely unacceptable and will be talking to chrysler customer services about this. Somthing has to be done. its not right that im without my vehicle because of their supplier issues. Has anyone had a similar experiance? or any advice dealing with chrysler on issues such as this? Any info or help would be great. (p.s. worst of all i wont have her for cruise the falls next weekend!!)

A tire?
You mean all of Goodyear suppliers and ALL the Chrysler dealers don't have a friggin extra tire for your wheel? That seems too ridiculous to be true.[xx(]

Make a note: Don't have a flat with stock tires.
Something doesn't sound right about this. When you call DCX Customer Service, see if they can ship one to your dealer from the Toluca, MX plant. You may get the buck passed by them referring to the tire warranty statement that says Goodyear is responsible for all tire warranty issues. If under 12 months and 12,000 miles, I think they are supposed to be liable for the tires also. I may not be correct here, but I think that is the bumper to bumper warranty stage. |

Couldn't you also just harrass the dealer to see if any other dealers have extra tires in stock?
