hey guys, need your help

hey hows it going guys, im new to this site and new to pt cruisers, i will be picking up an 03 turbo with auto stick tranny on monday.
i have a couple quick questions for you guys, how much hp can the auto tranny hold up efficently. also at most i just want 300whp because this is just gonna be my daily cruiser. how do you guys recommend me to get to that power level? i know about the mopar stg 1 kit but i havnt seen to much aftermarket support for these cars, so any help of where i can get parts and parts that i should get would be great appriciated. also what modifications do you guys recommend for the tranny to be able to efficently hold up 300whp, i did a little bit of searching already but didnt search all to indepthly. thnx
