What kind of powertrain warranty did you get when you bought your GT?

The manual in a GT is a Getrag. I had one in my '03 GT and I've not heard of many problems at all. The SRT-4 has a different tranny and no they are not interchangeable.

What do you mean by "shifter roughly"

Mine was a little rough the first 10,000 miles, but then smoothed out. If you mean the "clunk' going into 2nd, then it had that from day 1 and still does at 105,000 miles.

I haven't heard of many problems.

Sorry I haven't been on in awhile, but yea it clunks bad in 2nd and 4th for some reason, and yes I have the lifetime powertrain, and 100K bumper to bumper warranty also, so I know that I'm covered just doesn't make sense their aren't like any miles on this thing and the tranny feels like it has 200K on it or something are their any additives I can add to make this better???????

Don't put anything it!!!! Adding a additive may void the warranty!!! Return it immediately to your dealer. HURRY!!!

ok so some of you are saying bring it back and some are saying it just does that.....

-If I do have to bring it back and they have to fix something do I still pay for labor or is that under warranty too, just asking in general cause this is my first car with a warranty, and I'm broke right now?????

Take it back, have them check it out, IF something happens later there will be a record. ALL costs are covered for parts & Labor under warranty.
