Default turbo conversion

Hey guys a friend of mine just got a stage 4 kit for his neon turbo. He offered me his old parts for my 02 limited cruiser (manifold/turbo, injectors, pre cooler etc...

Anyone have a list of what else I'll need to turbo it? Will a gt ecu swap out with mine? I'm not turbo retarded I have a 69 turbo vw bug thats a blow thru carburetor. Just wondereing how hard it will be to turbo a car with higher compression than you normally want.

The problem, beside hooking it up, will be the fact that the N/A drive train won't take the added power. Do a search. It's been discussed at lenth before.
