Installed mopar BOV Question??????

Ok so I put the mopar bov on my 06 GT and it blows off kool and all, but if I put any throttle into it, it makes like a pretty loud spooling noise it sounds like I have a really built motor but its really loud all the time, I'm pretty sure its not supposed to do this, but I'm pretty sure I don't have a leak, my car feels the exact same i'm not loosing any boost.... should I have put maybe some gasket sealer on the gasket or something I don't know does anyone have any idea's??????

I have a late 05 Turbo - same engine as the 06 - when I had my S1 put on I also had the BOV put on and it does make a strange noise at certain points just when I step on the gas partially. If I press down hard then it goes away. It almost sounds like an out of turn horn - musical horn. I havent thought much about it and havent had any problems. Its annoying and my wife always complains about it. When she's not driving me I put a little more pedal on it to kind of bypass it.

Before the S1 and BOV I had the catback exhaust and cold air intake put on with out any strange noises - except the expected noises from the two parts themselves.
