i mounted the boost/vac gauge in vent -
[/IMG] [/IMG]i wanted the boost/vac gauge to see what was happening with performance , but was low on cash - so i picked up a SUNPRO gauge for $ 16 and hooked it up with an all brass T fitting w/ hose clamps in the brake vacuum line and connected it with copper tubing and compression fittings . whole set up cost around $ 30 . the hard part was finding a clear viewing location that was not screaming HELLO HERE I AM , with a bunch of wires showing . so i put it here ( took a bit of patience and time ) . i know the SUNPRO gauges are just an average gauge ( it progressivly BUZZS during hard boost levels , but that is just the design - not a flaw and is an audible signal that you are in boost ) i figure i can switch it out fairly easy if i decide to later , but so far i like it .
