Hello all,
I am seriously looking at a '03 GT Autostick ... On my last two testdrives (car had sat for 24 hours between each) I stood behind the PT while the dealer started it. I smelled oil yet there was no puff of blue or black just white as it is rather cold up here in the Great White North right now. It does have soot in the pipe ... more than I like ... I heard that premium makes a difference ... I doubt the dealer has been putting premium in her. I am concerned about that one shot smell of oil ... valve seals? turbo seal? Wondering if I should by and try to get Chrysler to rectify via the remaining two years of powertrain warranty or run rather than walk away from the GT? |
