How should I spend my money!!??

Default How should I spend my money!!??

So my boss told me I got a promotion today. Along with that comes a big PHAT raise!!!! [?][?][?]

So I've decided to treat my PTGT to a little somethin' somethin' as a congratulatory gift. Only problem is I'm not really sure what to get!

From a performance standpoint, the only things I've really done to my GT so far are the K&N filter and the Eibach springs that should be here this week.

What would be the next logical performance purchase? Feel free to offer any suggestion, not limited to performance, though!

-boost controller (preferably electronic: Apexi AVC-R etc.)
-cat back exhaust (not a rinky-dink universal muffler)
-Blow off valve (HKS SSQ, Turbo XS etc.)
-Stage 1 mopar upgrade
-Rims and rubber
-billet upper and lower grill
-tail lights
-body kit
.....and that's just the tip of the iceburg

Hey Cop Tzer - Forgive my ignorance, I like your suggestions but , coming from a Carb/V8 era, can you explain:
1)how a boost controller helps/any hp gain/ease of installation?
2)which cat back system you recommend (I DON'T wanna wake the neighbors - my '60 F100 with 351C running dual flowmasters does that already!)
3)installation of a blow off valve - (isn't one of these going to be part of the Stage 2 kit?) these just help purge turbo pump during decelleration, right?
I still think Koni's are gonna be my next purchase - 'specially since the GT's sensors are already causing me grief.

I'm sorry - I forgot to say CONGRATS, YOBIEBS!
and CT - don't bother trying to explain about the boost controller - I found a pretty good breakdown in the Turbo Performance section - covers cost, install, an'everything!

Hey yobiebs congrats! I think Koni's are the next logical choice! I have the Eibach kit on and can't wait for the Koni's. If you can wait for the Koni's do the whole install in one step! Wish I did....

look for the guys at Exhaust Depot to be coming out with a 3" turbo back system. But if you don't wanna wait look for a straight through muffler design do it won't be as loud...or just suck it up like me and go straight pipes[}]. Your best bet is to find a good custom exhaust shop with a mandrel bender...

from what i've heard from numerous outlets, the mopar BOV is gonna be a pretty weak attempt. It's gonna be the same as the stock, except that it vents to the atmosphere vs. recirculating. I'd suggest a good aftermarket valve. If you plan on increasing boost, this will be a MUST have. Funny enough the guys at Exhaust Depot also have a very good BOV kit made for the GT...
