TripleJack. Thanks for the laugh. Cooties, that would have been the answer back when I was in grade school, but I don't think the DC area Tech would see that as the issue. If the cam position sensor and the PCM have been changed, it could be in the wiring or the cam has actually jumped a tooth. That's hard to do but it can happen(jump a tooth). Maybe it was set wrong from the factory. Sorry for the trouble, Bob. Tell them you need adjustable cam gears installed. Our GT is running fine at the 6000 mile point.

Mine just rolled over 4000 and no problems, although I started hearing that hissing sound when I am turning in a parking lot in the past couple of days.I bet we see a TSB for that soon.
First thing I did was give mine the Cootie-Shot.......'Circle, Circle.....Dot, Dot'.

well the car is at the dealership they wil start looking at it on monday will keep everyone posted also i asked to have the district mngr to call me we will see how this goes

Hey Bob...I'm on my third visit to the dealer for my power steering noise. Have the high rpm miss/stutter as well. They have no idea what is causing that. No codes showing up on the stutter. But I've had the car in 8 times in 6 months. I feel your pain!

bob... Virginia does have a lemon law...and it's 3 failed attempts to fix the same problem, or 30+ days in the shop in 1 years time. Unfortunately for me, I haven't been in 3 times for the same issue. Although I'm scheduled to go back in for the power steering noise and if replacing the rack & pinion doesn't fix it, then it'll qualify for the lemon law...it sucks really cuz I love driving the car, it just has too many issues (mine does at least) not saying they all do...although it seems quite a few are having problems....
