Default A little advice!

I have a '03 GT PT with 17000 miles. My guy at the dealership recommended Magnacore wires and NKG plugs. I have them, but am a bit nervous about doing the work myself. What gap for the plugs do you recommend? Also, do I have to remove the manifold to do the plugs? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Musicman

Gap plugs at .040. Use dielectric grease on plug boots and anti-sieze on plug threads. Torque the plugs at 13 lbs/ft. You don't have to remove manifold.

From my experience the champion 570 or the 470 are the best plugs for this motor and only $6. I have ran everything under the sun on my stage 3 srt-4 and the champions perform the best IMO. As far as the wires yes magna cores are good wires. Wires should be one of your first upgrades. Install is cake!!!!!

Agree with others. Wires are the key - stockers are crap. Magnecore or Cranes.
