Repairs to a air bag is NOT a do it yourself project. Sorry.

MY technical suggestions are given in GOOD FAITH without total guarantee, if in doubt go to a garage.

I find it ironic that the colors red, white, and blue stand for freedom until they are flashing behind you.

Take this from someone trained to work on airbags, TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL! when airbags blow, there are other components that need to be replaced as well. sensors, computers, seatbelts, clockspring, etc. then you will need to clear the set codes when all thats finished. take it to a bodyshop, pay your insurance deductable, and have the peace of mind it was done right.
